Promoting a sensible drinking message and tackling the problems associated with alcohol related harm are two of the key themes in Coventry's Alcohol Harm Reduction Strategy. This document was produced by the Coventry Community Safety Partnership, and details an action plan for major stakeholders within the partnership to engage and develop pathways with all treatment agencies.

In order to monitor and improve on the success of treatment offered in Coventry through these partnership agencies, an audit tool has been developed. It is vital that the audit is undertaken prior to the completion of the current Alcohol Needs Assessment, and your help and assistance in completing this audit is greatly appreciated. I would be most grateful if you could return your completed audit within two weeks of receipt.
